Come on in... grab a seat. Today we are talking about transitioning. January is such a transitional time of the year filled with infinite potential. Most of us are wandering about jotting down all the things in the our lives that can use a bit of sprucing up. Which is not a problem, taking inventory is always a good thing. So gather your list, supplies, memberships, meal plans, whatever you need to live your best life. But wait... put it all down for a second.
Okay now take a comfortable seat and breathe. Deep inhale, deep exhale, repeat 3x. Focus in on this present moment. Take a second to be grateful for all of the things that you do have. Appreciate them for where they are right now. Appreciate you for where YOU are right now... in your present state. Truly finding peace and love within despite any circumstance. Now come back to self and let the improvement work begin!
