Trap Yoga is a unique blend of movement, mindfulness, meditation and music. The intention: To help you become more aligned- mentally, physically and spiritually. Expect to be guided through breathing techniques, yoga postures, and dance elements of the African Diaspora.

Is there a minimum age requirement? You must be 12 years old with accompanying parent.
Do I need to bring anything? A yoga mat, water bottle and towel. Yoga mats will not be provided.
Is the class prenatal-friendly? Absolutely, modifications are available to all bodies.
Are men allowed to participate? All genders are welcome.
What if I purchase a ticket but am not able to attend? We do not offer refunds however, a credit may be issued if you notify us in writing at least 2 hours before the event begins.
