Private 1-on-1 yoga sessions will allow you to focus on your goals and get personalized instruction based on your health, body type and lifestyle—and on your time. Everything is created 100% specifically for you. Here’s a variety of intentions for private yoga:

  • Grasping the basics of yoga
  • Learning to modify a practice while healing from injury
  • Developing confidence to practice in group settings
  • Tailoring a practice to benefit a sport or profession such as football, basketball or golf
  • Cultivating a therapeutic practice to manage or improve health issues like insomnia or low back pain
  • Exploring specific asanas (poses) to deepen a current practice

Rate: $75/session (60 minutes) (Package option: 4 sessions for $240)

Journey inward with sound therapy through crystal singing bowls, tingsha bells and other instruments. Explore breathing techniques that promote self-healing by slowing down the heart rate and relaxing the mind. Become aware of the present moment and develop mental strength with a guided meditation. Allow your soul to be renewed. 

Rate: $30/session (30 minutes)



Available to all guests regardless of membership! Release your tension and hit the reset button with our most traditional massage modality in our beautiful "Jungle" room. This offering paired with Meeyogi's Mindful approach combines deep tissue and Swedish massage techniques for a personalized experience. A thorough intake process will be added for all new guests and updated regularly to facilitate accurate and up to date communication. 3 hour advance notice required. 

Rate: $75 for 60 minutes, $105 for 90 minutes



Thorough consultation and self-reflection, together we decide on three areas of focus. A series of questions will guide us through our intake and set the tone for a 30 minute massage. BuddhaMoo will lead in a sound bath guided meditation.


Aromatherapy is offered with this service in the form of


-Palo Santo

-Diffused essential oils

-Essential oils added to massage medium (cream/oil/body butter/etc) and applied topically.

Here at Meeyogi, maternal wellness is a huge passion of ours. We welcome all expectant parents to schedule a free consultation to assess health history, goals, expectations, and contraindications. From there, we will schedule our appointment. *Pregnancy support cushion is available for prone positioning.

Rate: $75 for 60 minutes, $105 for 90 minutes


Do your monthly flows drain you of energy leaving you exhausted, irritated, and achy? Menstruating Air members are invited to warm your abdomen on our heated tables and enjoy a 60 minute massage. Depth of pressure is your preference. Afterwards, enjoy the after effects of massage therapy with a timed 15 minute power nap.

Partner Yoga consists of two people being guided into various poses in which each person is supported by the other. This session is perfect for couples, family members and friends. Here are some of the many great benefits:

  • Get deeper into a pose through counterbalancing your weight
  • Build trust and communication within a relationship

Group yoga sessions can be with your family, sorority sisters, fraternity brothers, teammates, church groups and other communities. Sessions are tailored to the goals and limitations of each group.
