POWER SOUL FLOW

This is an energizing flow designed to build inner heat while improving strength, flexibility, and balance. Movement is linked to the breath to cultivate an awareness of the body and increase endurance. You are encouraged to find your edge: a balance of ease and challenge, to meet and exceed your personal goals. Open for all levels.

 

GENTLE SOUL FLOW

Peaceful and gentle, this class focuses on holding poses for longer periods to work through the connective tissues and open up with ease. This passive flow allows you to disconnect from the chaos of daily life in order to deepen self-awareness. Open for all levels. Option to practice in a chair.

 

SENSUAL SOUL FLOW

This flow is a combination of twerk, tease and yoga poses. Learn sexy choreography to help you own your sensuality, work up a sweat, and level up your rhythm! This class is all about fluidity. Come gain a sense of body confidence, sexiness and strength. Open to all levels.

 

PRANA FLOW

There is a strong focus on breathing, body locks, and the gaze. We use the body as the first step to discipline the mind. Breathing is the link between body and mind in the yoga practice. The breath leads the body and mind towards wellness. Prana flow consist of vinyasas and isometric poses and comes with all the benefits of a regular yoga practice--strength, flexibility, stress management, and inner peace. The practice ends with guided meditation and sound.

 

TRAP YOGA

Trap Yoga is a unique blend of mindfulness, meditation, music and movement. The intention: To help you become more aligned- mentally, physically and spiritually. Expect to be guided through breathing techniques, yoga postures, and dance elements of the African Diaspora. Move in meditation to the sounds of Trap, Hip Hop and Soul beats. It's a vibe curated for you to release the tension and trauma trapped deep inside. Celebrating in the full expression of your highest self. It’s a whole vibe.

 

MINDFULNESS FOR MINIS

This class is an active & playful exploration into the foundations of yoga and mindfulness. Meeyogi minis will be guided through movement, art therapy exercises, breathing techniques and more. Children ages 3-6 are welcome.

 

YOGA FOR THE YOUTH

This class is an active & playful exploration into the foundations of yoga and mindfulness. The youth are invited to partake in age appropriate journaling, affirmations, meditation, breathing, and team-building exercises. These are the tools that they can take into their everyday lives as their journeys evolve. Children ages 7-12 are welcome.

PRIVATE 1-ON-1 SESSION

Private 1-on-1 yoga sessions will allow you to focus on your goals and get personalized instruction based on your health, body type and lifestyle—and on your time. Everything is created 100% specifically for you. Here’s a variety of intentions for private yoga:

  • Grasping the basics of yoga
  • Learning to modify a practice while healing from injury
  • Developing confidence to practice in group settings
  • Tailoring a practice to benefit a sport or profession such as football, basketball or golf
  • Cultivating a therapeutic practice to manage or improve health issues like insomnia or low back pain
  • Exploring specific asanas (poses) to deepen a current practice

Rate: $75/session (Package option: 4 sessions for $240)

PRIVATE PARTNER SESSION

Partner Yoga consists of two people being guided into various poses in which each person is supported by the other. This session is perfect for couples, family members and friends. Here are some of the many great benefits:

  • Get deeper into a pose through counterbalancing your weight
  • Build trust and communication within a relationship
