POWER SOUL FLOW (VINYASA)

This is an energizing flow designed to build inner heat while improving strength, flexibility, and balance. Movement is linked to the breath to cultivate an awareness of the body and increase endurance. You are encouraged to find your edge: a balance of ease and challenge, to meet and exceed your personal goals. Open for all levels.

GENTLE SOUL FLOW (RESTORATIVE)

Peaceful and gentle, this class focuses on holding poses for longer periods to work through the connective tissues and open up with ease. This passive flow allows you to disconnect from the chaos of daily life in order to deepen self-awareness. Open for all levels. Option to practice in a chair.

BREATHWORK, SOUND & MEDITATION

In this class, we focus on a key component of yoga- mindfulness. Journey inward with breathing techniques that promote self-healing by slowing down the heart rate and relaxing the mind. Become aware of the present moment and develop mental strength with a guided meditation. Sound therapy with crystal bowls will leave you feeling light and empowered.

SENSUAL SOUL FLOW

This flow is a combination of twerk, tease and yoga poses. Learn sexy choreography to help you own your sensuality, work up a sweat, and level up your rhythm! This class is all about fluidity. Come gain a sense of body confidence, sexiness and strength. Open to all levels.

SUNDAZE ME

This flow is a combination of Power and Vinyasa that is made accessible for all body types. You will engage muscles and test your strength with dynamic drills. Midway through the flow, we will cool down the body with restorative postures for active recovery to help tone and lengthen your vessel. We will implement Ujayyi breath as the foundational breathing technique, as well as, use other breathing techniques throughout class.

VINYASA FLOW

This flow involves a variety of sequences at the perfect pace. A direct focus is placed on the breath and alignment. Sessions begin with relaxation using breath and gradual warm-ups to bring focus and self-awareness to the practice. It is open for all levels, giving you a challenge when needed to ultimately to release stress in the body and mind.

MINDFULNESS FOR MINIS

This class is an active & playful exploration into the foundations of yoga and mindfulness. Meeyogi minis are invited to partake in age appropriate journaling, affirmations, meditation, breathing, and team-building exercises. These are the tools that they can take into their everyday lives as their journeys evolve. Children ages 6-9 are welcome.

YOGA FOR YOUTH

This class is an active & playful exploration into the foundations of yoga and mindfulness. The youth are invited to partake in age appropriate journaling, affirmations, meditation, breathing, and team-building exercises. These are the tools that they can take into their everyday lives as their journeys evolve. Children ages 7-12 are welcome.
