Trap Yoga is a unique blend of movement, mindfulness, meditation and music. The intention: to help people release what’s trapped and ultimately, set themselves free. It’s all about becoming more aligned- mentally, physically and spiritually.
It's especially curated for you to release the tension and trauma trapped deep inside. Celebrating in the full expression of your highest self. After a 60-minute flow, you’re invited to connect with others during a social hour. Mingle, play and shop with people who are committed to evolving. It’s a whole vibe.
The session is led by Mya Cato & The Meeyogi Tribe who have been hosting these vibes since 2017. While you may have taken a Trap Yoga class somewhere else, we can guarantee you that we practice with purpose. How?

Our sequences are modifiable because we understand that all poses can be made accessible for all bodies.
