Sensoulry: Bloom

March 21-22, 2026 | Tampa, FL | A Spring Equinox Celebration

RSVP

Sensoulry is our thoughtfully crafted wellness experience for you to stimulate your senses, practice soul care and be embraced by a community that’s doing the work holistically. The theme for the month of March is Bloom, honoring the season of renewal, expansion and becoming. Nature reminds us that growth follows rest. Held during the Spring Equinox, this gathering celebrates the sacred transition from winter’s inward reflection to spring’s outward expression.

An outdoor evening dinner setup with a long table decorated with trees wrapped in fairy lights, set with bowls, plates, and glasses, near a pool with lounge chairs, surrounded by lush greenery and string lights overhead.

What You’ll Experience

Our expert-led discussion topic will be: Recognizing + Healing Familial Wounds. We’ll explore generational patterns, inherited stories and pathways to healing.

The guided rhythmic movement will focus on opening the heart and unlocking the hips.

A delicately-selected dinner menu by a renowned chef will be served family-style. And delicious, hand-crafted drinks will be available to quench your thirst.

Let sound and rhythm carry you deeper into presence with a live performance curated to complement the evening’s energy. An optional opportunity to adorn your body as living art with paint.

Overnight Immersion (Optional)

For those choosing the overnight experience, the journey continues with dessert under the stars. You may participate in a fireside chat or moongazing or a dip in the jacuzzi. You will sleep bare on the Earth (in a tent).

Drift into rest surrounded by nature, grounded by the land, and held by the night sky. For most, this is a rare opportunity to unplug and truly just be.

As we gather, we sow seeds for abundance through shared wisdom, intentional presence and collective healing. Sensoulry is an antidote to the rush of modern life. We invite you to unravel from constant demand and return to rhythm and deeper connection. This experience is open to individuals from all walks of life who feel called to slow down, go inward and bloom outward.

The itinerary is a symphony of moments, carefully designed to awaken your senses, nourish your soul, and leave you feeling restored, inspired and deeply connected.

Come as you are. Leave rooted, expanded, and in bloom.

Space is limited for this intimate group experience.
