What should I wear to class?
Similar to other physical activity, you want to wear breathable clothing. Sometimes it gets hot during your practice so consider wearing light-weight material; tank tops, t-shirts, shorts, leggings.
Can I practice yoga with an injury?
Yes! Yoga is a discipline that promotes self-awareness and self-healing. It is important to be mindful of your physical body while you’re in your practice. Yoga is therapeutic and can help the body heal itself if practiced with the right amount of caution and consciousness. It is always advised to consult with your primary doctor prior to practicing.
Are children allowed to participate?
Most classes are accessible to anyone over the age of 12 years old. We also offer classes specifically for children. While we would love to accommodate, unfortunately, children are not allowed to hang in the lounge.
